David L. Ross, PMP, is President of David L. Ross and Associates, a consulting firm specializing in global program management and strategy. He serves as a consulting project manager specializing in global sourcing related projects across global finance, IT, business process, and call centers for Fortune 500 and global service delivery firms.

Prior to the formation of David L. Ross and Associates in 2004, David spent 4 years with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (now Capgemini) serving as a Senior Consultant on projects with offshore components in financial services, health care, chemicals, and automotive industries across the United States and England. David is a frequent speaker and has presented on the topics of offshore strategies and sourcing geographies across the world. He has published articles in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Global Services Magazine, Contact Professional Magazine, and the Desktop Journal. He has been quoted in the New York Times and Site Selection Magazine.

David's education includes the University of Wisconsin-Madison and NYU's Stern School of Business. He is actively involved in the local and global community as volunteer teacher of English to adult immigrants at the International Center of New York and is an active amateur triathlete. David resides in New York City and enjoy frequent travel.
